Starting from app version 1.0.8, we introduced a new Repair function to allow players to repair their game client, in case it is corrupted. How do I know if my game client is corrupted in the first place. If you experience multiple timeouts during the game OR left unable to login to the game again, you might want to repair your mobile client.
The repair function is available at the title screen before entering the game. Remember to bind your account to save your progress. Repairing the mobile client should not reset your progress if you have bound your account.
How to repair your game client:
- Start the app
- At the title screen, before Tap to Continue, tap on the Repair icon on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select Proceed then Confirm
- Do not close the mobile app and let the repair process complete
- Select Tap to Continue to enter the game
